ThinkingPhones for Salesforce is an integration between the Salesforce application and the ThinkingPhones platform, designed to save time, increase productivity, and simplify the otherwise manual process for members of the sales team who are tasked with constantly updating Salesforce.com. It’s great for salespeople because they have everything they need within one window - they can place calls, answer calls, record call notes - and another major benefit is the intelligence that allows customer information stored in Salesforce to pop up on the screen when a customer is calling - contact name, company name, phone number, open revenue opportunity and even incident tickets will appear without any manual intervention.
Not only is a great solution to simplify the sales process for the salespeople, but there is also a major benefit for management - important information such as sales activity and revenue forecasts are up-to-date in real-time and productivity can be tracked based on call logs in the ThinkingPhones platform.
Now, ThinkingPhones for Salesforce 2.14 offers multi-tab support. Users will no longer worry about active call/post-call action syncing across tabs when multiple Salesforce pages are open on the same browser. The connector will sync the information displayed in the ThinkingPhones for Salesforce module, regardless of which tab is active.

Salesforce administrators are enabled to install any version of the ThinkingPhones for Salesforce platform and available with the ThinkingPhones power bundle. If you would like to implement this integration for your Salesforce environment, everything you need is located on the ThinkingPhones portal.
From the home screen, click the support tab, followed by the ThinkingPhones for Salesforce tab:
If you would like to upgrade your Salesforce integration to the latest version, see above. End users will automatically login to the latest version once the administrator upgrade is complete.
